CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East  – 200 Technology Drive, Pittston, PA 18640

Project Scope:

Steel is rising on two 434,000 square foot bulk industrial buildings at 200 Technology Drive in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East near Pittston, PA.  Project developer Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services reports the buildings will be ready for tenants by the fall of 2018. This unique two-building construction project is expected to help Northeastern Pennsylvania land as many as four large industrial tenants.

The two buildings will be perfectly aligned, making it possible for Mericle to join the buildings to create a 1,023,000 square foot facility.  Mericle will subdivide each 434,000 square foot building to as small as 217,000 square feet.
